Instructions for instructors
- Account Setup & Profile Completion
- Log in using your assigned email and temporary password.
- Update your password immediately.
- Enable notifications (email/app).
- Complete your profile:
- Full name and academic title
- Professional photo
- Short bio (qualifications, specialty, teaching experience)
- Contact email for students (optional)
- Student interaction
– Respond to student questions within 24–48 hours.
– Encourage clinical reasoning, not just memorization.
– Maintain respectful, professional communication.
- Course creation
- Setting Up a New Course
Go to Dashboard → Create Course.
Fill in:
– Course title (clear and specific)
– Learning objectives
– Target audience (year of study or specialty)
– Course description
– Duration & expected study hours.
– Upload a cover image (if required).
Organize your course into modules:
– Making main sections of the course [ 10 sections at least ]
– Making topic titles [ 10 topics at least ]
– Making quizzes for each topic at least 1 quiz/topic
– Each quiz should be 20 mcqs
– Add correct answers and explanations for each question
- Grading & Feedback
– Review submitted assignments on time.
– Provide constructive feedback:
– Strengths
– Areas for improvement
– Clinical pearls
– Publish grades according to platform schedule.
- Professional Conduct
– Maintain patient confidentiality in all examples.
– Do not share any unlicensed materials.
– Use respectful language toward all students.
– Ensure academic integrity: avoid sharing exam banks.
- Continuous Improvement
– Review course analytics: completion rate, quiz results, student feedback.
– Update content annually or when guidelines change.
– Participate in faculty development workshops offered by the platform.
